Meet Our Executive Directors

Larry Cervarich
Larry Cervarich serves as Executive Director of Outreach for Just Ask. Larry brings more than 18 years of non-profit experience as a devoted leader whose previous mission was creating Homeless Youth Connection and Meals of Joy Charities. His involvement included supporting homeless youth in over 130 high schools within the State of Arizona. The HYC mission was developed to give education and safe residence to youth living alone. This non-profit is currently 15 years and thriving and today continues supporting students leading to a better future. Shortly after Larry went on to develop Meals of Joy, a nonprofit created to assist low-income seniors by providing the delivery of freshly prepared meals directly to their home. The mission has served seniors for the past ten years.
Larry's passion has been to support individuals and families involved in critical situations. Taking on this new Journey with Just ASK Outreach and the partnerships with local First Responders, and Community Leaders has given Larry another level of opportunity to provide support for those in crisis, from Prenatal until the Final Farewell of Life. "It is important we all work together to address the Critical Needs of our Community."

Edward Brabham Jr.
Edward Brabham Jr. serves as Executive Director of Distribution for Just Ask, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a supply chain leader across multiple distribution centers throughout the country. Throughout his career, Edward has led large-scale operations, start-up facilities, and high-performing teams, driving efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence.
His passion for helping people is what drew him to Just Ask. Edward is deeply committed to using his leadership and distribution expertise to support communities, create access to essential resources, and make a meaningful impact for individuals and families in need. For him, this role is more than operations, it's about service, purpose, people and giving back.

How We Serve Our Community
HOW WE SUPPORT
When Just ASK Outreach receives an ASK, we respond to those needing support by offering Support Sheets listing Safe and Vetted Resources, Resources like Hygiene Products, Cleaning Supplies, Home Goods, D&eactue;cor and more. Together we work to get these items to the families in need within 24 to 48 hours.
